Job Context

• We are looking for a customer care Executive cum Brand Promoter to support our customer about our products and full fill customer requirements : www.beauti4me.com

• Candidate must have experience in Cosmetics background.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer from Facebook page, Website, Daraz and Instagram platform. Provide information and full fill customer query.

• Communicate & Collect order from Customer.

• Prepare order invoice and provide to warehouse.

• Follow up Customer regularly and collect data

• Monitor Facebook page and create related post, video & blog for awareness.

• Others task from office

• Preform Facebook Live and create reel

Educational Requirements

HSC / Graduation complete

Skills Required:

• Good Knowledge about Beauty & Cosmetics Product

• Good Looking & Smart Communication Skill

• Moderate skill for English spoken

• Fluent in native Bangla

Salary:

• Negotiable

• Incentive/ Sales Commission: Yes

• Festival Bonus: Twice in a year
